Sarsaspirilla
Sarsaspirilla is known for it's blood cleansing properties. There are several ways to prepare Sarsaspirilla. Here is one way. The following info. provides a step-by-step process:
-Place 1/4 to 1 teaspoon of the Sarsaspirilla root into the bottom of a liquid measuring cup. Pour 8 ounces of hot water on top of the root and allow it to steep for 10 minutes.
-Pour the liquid through a strainer into a tea cup carefully. Sweeten with honey or raw cane sugar to taste, if desired.
-Optional: Add ice if you so desire. It can be consumed hot or cold.
